So this post is via what Matt told me about the day. The pictures are thanks to our friend whose kid also is in the pre school class and Matt. I was so happy they both took pictures as I was at work and would have loved to have been there, but knew it was good for Matt and Hunter to have this fun time together.
All the kids brought in a wrapped book of their choice and then had a gift exchange. The top picture is Hunter picking a card of who gets the book he brought.
I thought the top picture was too cute. I decided to post it since you can't really see her face. This is who got Hunter's book he brought. She really wanted the book she picked out and brought to the gift exchange and didn't understand why she couldn't pick out her own. I just think this is a priceless picture of her little arms crossed! I feel like as a parent we have all been there at some kind of moment like this one.
Here's Matt getting his Martha Stewart on. He was in charge of the hand puppet station. They had a bunch of those little knitted gloves with little cut-out faces to glue on the fingers.
