We had such a great time decorating our gingerbread house this year! I thought after last year we may not be doing one for a while. Last year, which was my first year putting a GB house together, the frosting wasn't sticking and the roof kept sliding off, the candy wasn't staying on and I wasn't quite used to how much candy Hunter was going to be eating instead of decorating.
So this year I went into it with an open mind and decided to go with the flow of however it turned out. The house we got this year was a much better one and after Hunter's candy eating frenzy we still had plenty to decorate the house...
