Mom, their tooo tight!

I'm sure other mom's have this same problem out there. Hunter has some super cute jammies (p.j.'s) that he won't wear. He says they are too tight on his arms. This is a new phase he is going through. The jammies in the picture are similiar to ones he wore a couple months ago, except these ones are brand new. If I would have known he was going admittedly refuse the jammies I wouldn't have gotten this kind and taken the tags off and washed them. So I asked him if he would just try them on, hoping that once he gets them on he would instantly like them and want to wear them. He agrees to try them on, but has them long enough for me to take the picture and says okay lets get them off....darn the mom ploy didn't work! We then go in his room and he pics out some summer jammies....I can see where he is coming from not wanting to wear long sleeve and pants to bed...I wouldn't like it either. It is the sudden 180 that he pulls that throws me for a loop.

maybe it's the Pippi look he doesn't like? hehe

I can definitely relate to this. I have one that has real texture issues and hates tags. It is very difficult to buy clothes. I have resorted to almost pretending I am putting it on myself to make sure there isn't anything uncomfy about it.

My kids are NOT like this. I am the one that has to say okay that is too tight, short, small, take it off. They are oblivious to it! Hunter is a cutie in his pj's!
