We were having lunch this past weekend and Hunter says, "Mom, what is land?" A little puzzled as to where this is coming from I say, "Land is another word for ground, like the ground out in our yard where the grass grows." Hunter then says, "No, mom. Disneyland."
"Ohhhh." I look at Matt with a smile. "Disneyland is a fun place where there a rides, games and characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Little Einsteins and Cars."
I can tell he is processing this. Then he asks "Are they real?" As I am thinking about how I want to respond, he then asks "Or are they people wearing costumes?"
Me: "Yes, they are people wearing costumes."
Hunter : "We can go there sometimes."
Me: "Yes that would be fun to go there sometime."
Matt and I had been talking about going next year when Hunter is 4. We hadn't told Hunter about it yet, he must have heard something from the daycare kids or saw it on tv.

The other day Ashton told me:
"Do you know I am a person,Granny"
I said ok'
He said " A very special person, right Granny"
So then I knew what he was talking about. It is fun to see how their little minds work.
So do you have room for me too,for your land trip? lol
